In addition to the online modules, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in two 2-hour sessions. The onboarding process is customized to meet the unique and specific requirements of our participants, ensuring that the quality of the learning experience is optimized for the best possible outcomes
PRE-TRAINING COMMUNICATION
Welcome Email (All Learning Options)Host a welcome meeting or session, either online or in-person, to introduce the trainers and participants. During this session, provide an overview of the training program, including the schedule, objectives, and any preparatory materials or pre-assessments required
Engage participants with icebreaker activities to foster a comfortable learning environment and encourage interaction.

After the meeting, send a welcome email to all participants as a follow-up.

Feedback Mechanisms

During Training Sessions:

Conduct an initial feedback session to gauge participant expectations and any immediate concerns that need addressing. Introduce tools or methods for ongoing feedback throughout
the training program.

Blended learning option combines the benefits of online, self-paced training with interactive sessions to enhance the learning experience. In addition to the online modules, participants have the opportunity to participate in two 2-hour instructor facilitated sessions

Verify participants have the appropriate equipment for online training

Instructor:

Ensure participants can successfully access the training application and maintains the portal access for 6 months.

Handouts and Resources:

Provide access to online portals for the e-book and links to purchase hard copy books if they desire to do so

Location:

  1. Coordinates suitable time for 4-6 hour group session with participants
  2. Ensures each participant has a re-take exam voucher
  3. Ensures each participant has a student

Immersive and intensive learning experience; boot camp option. This one-day course is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of Humanising IT™, covering key concepts, strategies, and practical applications.

Ensure participants have completed any necessary registration steps.

Pre- Requisite:

The Certified HIT Global Instructor will work together with the client’s point of contact to select a case study at least two weeks prior to the boot camp date. This case study will be utilized to enhance the training curriculum and stimulate class discussions.

Location/Time:

Arrange the meeting location and time with the client; location could be a virtual platform such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or on-site.

Technology Setup:

Ensure the boot-camp venue is equipped with the necessary resources for
in-person sessions and verify that online participants have the appropriate equipment and access to training resources

Training Platform:

Provide access to online portals for the e-book and links to purchase hard copybooks if they desire todo so.

Course Completion:

Upon course completion, conduct a closing session to wrap up the training.
